A tv podcast from The MESH
Do you enjoy listening to people talk about films? What about those films that may not show up at the local multiplex but are instead showing at the smaller specialty theater across town? Then “Footcandle Films” may be the show for you. Each month, the hosts discuss and review one “smaller” film in-depth, discuss upcoming film news, and give recommendations on films that you may not be aware of, ones that you haven’t remembered in a while, or ones that are worth your time checking out. And all the while, the conversation never gets too “high-brow” or pretentious. Just two guys who enjoy talking about movies. Your Hosts: Alan Jackson and Chris Frye, founders of the Footcandle Film Society.
This podcast may use tracking and attribution and dynamic content insertion
Stats: Statistics are produced by ART19 and Chartable to help Footcandle Films to understand how many downloads it is getting, or how many people are listening. Your device’s IP address and user agent is used to help calculate this figure. ART19 and Chartable are IAB v2 certified.
Tracking and attribution: ART19 and Chartable or their partners may connect the fact you listened to this podcast to an action elsewhere on the internet. For example - they may spot a device that downloaded an episode of Footcandle Films later visited the website of an advertiser; or they may track that a device that listened to Footcandle Films also listened to a different show. This form of attribution is used to measure advertising effectiveness.
Dynamic content insertion: ART19 may use limited data that they know about you - the device you’re using, the approximate location you’re in, or other data that can be derived from this, like the current weather forecast for your area - to change parts of the audio. Footcandle Films may do this for advertising or for other forms of content, like news stories.
Footcandle Films is able to use the above tools since its podcast host or measurement company offers this service. It doesn’t mean that this individual podcast uses them, or has access to this functionality. We use open data.
