兵庫県南あわじ市で「日本一おいしい玉ねぎ作り」を目指して、淡路島産玉ねぎを栽培しております。化学肥料を一切使わず、有機肥料100％、減農薬の独自の製法で栽培した玉ねぎと「蜜玉(みつたま)」を命名し、2017年に商標登録。現在も、よりおいしい蜜玉を栽培出来るように、日々学んでおります。「2525ファーム　ラジオ」では、「農家が食卓と畑を繋ぐ」をテーマに、日々の活動や作物の生育状況、夢や目標を話しております！
