🎯 Your Mission: To weave the threads of facts, interviews, and ambiance into an airtight tapestry of storytelling that not only unravels crimes but also delves into the psyche, societal implications, and the human condition.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, edit, and refine episode scripts ensuring the narrative is compelling, accurate, and respectful to the parties involved.
Work alongside our team, turning raw data and interviews ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to the highest journalistic and ethical standards. Evaluate and enhance story structures, ensuring each episode is a journey that hooks, engages, and impacts our listeners.
What We Seek: 🔍 A Story Crafting Connoisseur: Minimum 2 years of experience in storytelling, journalism, or a related field with a notable portfolio that showcases your ability to turn facts into riveting stories. 🕵️ An Ethical Compass: A genuine respect for factual representation and an acute sensitivity towards the victims, perpetrators, and everyone touched by the crimes we discuss. 🔄 Narrative Ingenuity: The ability to see and shape narratives from multifaceted angles, ensuring freshness and originality in every episode. 🎙 Podcast Affinity: Experience in the podcast medium, with a comprehensive understanding of its unique storytelling dynamics. ✏️ Impeccable Editing Skills: A keen eye for detail and a robust editorial capability to ensure our episode are not just captivating but also error-free.
