Job Summary

The Senior Producer leads the editorial vision and end-to-end audio, and where applicable, video, production of The Anti-Trans Hate Machine,TransLash’s award-winning investigative podcast. This role oversees the full production lifecycle, from research and concept development through publication, while managing Producer(s) and external partners to ensure rigorous reporting, consistent creative quality, operational excellence, and timely delivery.

The Senior Producer sets editorial direction, establishes episode constraints, and ensures that each production meets the highest standards of narrative clarity, accuracy, and audience engagement. This role balances creative leadership with disciplined execution, team management, and cross-team collaboration. This role carries primary responsibility for investigative rigor, narrative integrity, and team leadership at the show level, translating executive creative direction into actionable production strategy and daily execution.
