A full time Marketing Manager position at The $100 MBA, Summer Hill New South Wales, Australia

Salary range: $95,000 to $115,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience plus Super

We started as a podcast 12 years ago. Today The $100 MBA is 2,800+ episodes and 300M+ downloads, plus YouTube, email, social, courses, community and live events. Audience growth is our only priority, and we’re hiring someone to own it.

The role: Track our numbers across podcast, YouTube, email, social and community, work out what’s driving them, and run the experiments that move them. Then build the campaigns: four product launches a year, live events, and the email and paid (Kit, Meta) campaigns around them. You’ll work directly with both founders and our Sydney production team.

You’ll suit this if you’re analytical and creative, love shipping and iterating, and care about community as much as audience. It’s probably not for you if you’d rather set strategy and hand off the execution.

You’ll have: proven multi-platform audience growth with numbers to back it up, strong analytics skills (YouTube Studio, podcast analytics, email metrics), and hands-on campaign experience. YouTube packaging, community building, Meta ads and launch or event marketing are highly regarded.

Pay: $95,000–$115,000 + super, depending on experience. You’ll also get a laptop, monitor and every tool you need.

To apply: use our [application form]

It asks for one or two examples of growth you've driven and a short, unpolished intro video.
