Role Overview: The Advertising Operations Coordinator will manage the execution and delivery of podcast advertising campaigns. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth within the company, with the potential to transition into a full-time position and take on expanded responsibilities as our network continues to expand. Remote, working with a US-based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process for advertising campaigns, from initial booking to final reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet the client's expectations.
- Prepare and traffic all campaign materials, including ad creatives, copy, and targeting information.
- Monitor ad performance daily, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns as needed.
- Work closely with SVP of Sales & Operations to track and report on campaign success.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for campaign improvements based on performance data.
- Maintain and organize creator recording schedules, ad schedules, contracts, and other documentation in a central system.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth ad delivery and performance.
- Support the sales team with various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in advertising operations, media buying, campaign management or related roles. (digital media experience preferred)
- Familiarity with ad trafficking, reporting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance tracking and optimization.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Megaphone is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
