Tallgrass.ai operates at the intersection of AI, asset intelligence, and lifecycle economics. We work with enterprise organizations, including Fortune 100 and 500 environments, to address a problem that rarely appears in dashboards yet materially impacts performance: value does not disappear in transactions — it erodes across time, delayed decisions, and fragmented lifecycle visibility.
Our platform, brings clarity to how assets move, age, and ultimately convert into financial outcomes. The conversations we create are not designed for attention. They are designed to change how executives think, how they evaluate timing, and how they make decisions.
We are not looking for a podcast editor or a production resource. That layer is already solved.
We are looking for a voice.
More precisely, we are looking for someone who can take a group of intelligent, experienced operators and bring them along a clearly defined journey — without it ever feeling forced, scripted, or artificial. This role is about control of narrative, not control of audio.
The person stepping into this role understands that a great conversation is not accidental. It is structured. It has direction. It moves with intention. It creates tension where needed, clarity where it matters, and resolution where it counts. The audience should feel as though they arrived at the insight themselves, even though the path was carefully guided.
You will be leading conversations with founders, operators, and executives. These are not casual discussions. They sit in the space between operations, finance, and decision-making. The expectation is not that you perform, but that you think — in real time — and guide others to sharper articulation of what they already know but have not yet expressed clearly.
You are comfortable engaging with senior audiences. You know how to ask questions that cut through surface-level responses. You know when to press, when to pause, and when to reframe. You are able to simplify complex ideas without reducing their substance. You can hold the thread of a conversation while subtly steering it toward a defined outcome.
This is not entertainment. It is not a “chatty podcast.” It is narrative-driven, executive-level dialogue designed to surface insight and reshape perspective.
The right person for this role has likely spent time hosting, interviewing, or moderating conversations where the quality of thinking mattered more than the performance of the speaker. Experience in B2B environments, AI, SaaS, consulting, or operational domains is valuable, but what matters most is your ability to guide thought — not just conversation.
Compensation is structured per episode or on a retainer basis, depending on fit and engagement level. This is not a one-off project. We are building a long-term narrative system.
