🔍 About the Role We're looking for a driven, outgoing, and financially motivated closer to join our team and take charge of converting podcast conversations into real business opportunities. This is not your traditional sales role — you'll be building relationships through engaging video podcast interviews with top-tier prospects, learning their stories, and then turning those conversations into strategic B2B content deals. You’ll receive warm leads from us (guests already pre-qualified and invited to be on the podcast), and you’ll also be expected to proactively hunt for high-quality prospects that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), interview them, and close them.
✅ What You’ll Do
🎤 Host impactful, engaging podcast interviews with B2B founders, marketers, and operators.
💼 Convert those podcast guests into paying customers through strategic post-interview follow-ups.
🕵️♂️ Source new podcast guests who align with our ICP and are great sales opportunities.
🚀 Own the full sales cycle — from first interaction to close — with coaching and support from our team.
🧠 Participate in regular deal reviews, coaching sessions, and conversion workshops to level up your pitch and close rate.
💬 Collaborate with our production and strategy team to ensure every podcast has business impact.
🎯 About You Sales-Driven: You've closed deals before. You love the chase and are motivated by commissions and hitting goals.
Outgoing & Personable: You get energy from people. You love meeting new folks, asking smart questions, and building quick rapport.
Experienced Interviewer (Preferred): You've either hosted, guested, or produced podcasts/video content. You’re comfortable on camera and have a natural curiosity.
Well-Equipped: You have a high-quality remote setup – HD webcam, podcast mic, good lighting. You treat this like your craft.
Business-Savvy: You understand how to connect content strategy to business growth and pitch that to founders and marketers.
Motivated by Autonomy: You like being given the keys, trusted to deliver, and are hungry to prove what you can do.

💰 Compensation Structure This role is performance-aligned.
We’ll work with you on: Commission-heavy comp (percentage of closed deals)
Bonus own close for bridging in your own networked deals
