🎤 What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Guest Booking: Use your existing relationships to secure high-profile experts for the summit.

🔹 Production Oversight: Help coordinate guest interviews, scheduling, and logistics for seamless event execution.

🔹 Show Development: Work with the CEO to refine topics, guest prep, and strategic storytelling.

🔹 Relationship Management: Nurture strong relationships with past and upcoming guests to maximize engagement.

🔹 Strategic Growth: Support the summit’s marketing and visibility through guest collaborations and promotions.

💼 Compensation

💰 Hourly Rate: $35/hour (20-30 hours per week)

📈 Performance Bonuses Based on Audience Growth:

5,000 new e-mail subscribers → $2,500 bonus 10,000 new e-mail subscribers → $5,000 bonus 20,000 new e-mail subscribers → $10,000 bonus 30,000 new e-mail subscribers → $15,000 bonus 50,000+ new e-mail subscribers → $25,000+ bonus
