Reduced Listening is looking for a part-time Executive Producer to join the multi award winning Pod Save The UK team, a weekly politics show that blends news, satire and solutions.
You will be responsible for the weekly editorial, lead the team and ensure rigorous compliance, shaping a strand with real reach across YouTube and audio.
Location: London N1
Hybrid with 1 day a week in the office (London N1)
Salary/Rate: £47-55K (pro rata'd)
Closing date: 23:59 on 19th October with interviews week commensing 20th October
Start date - week commencing 24th November
What you will do
Be responsible for the weekly editorial, running order and final sign off the show
Line manage producers and APs with clear goals and feedback
Oversee compliance, regulation and broadcast law
Work closely with talent and agents
Approve social content and share monthly KPI reports with the commissioner
Partner with senior leadership on brand direction and commercial growth
About you
Strong track record in news gathering and journalism for weekly news, politics or current affairs at a recognised broadcaster or publisher
Proven fast turnaround experience with sharp judgement
Excellent script editing and senior edit skills
Confident team leadership and fair line management
Podcast experience helpful, visual podcasting desirable but not essential
