Account Coordinator
A full time position at RedCircle, San Francisco CA, USA
RedCircle is helping podcasters to turn their hobby into a business. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll play an integral part in our business as you work with podcast creators and advertisers to help get the creators paid. The role is part sales, part operations, and part account manager; you’ll be the glue that holds our growth team together. Some of your primary responsibilities are:

Proposing RedCircle’s advertising inventory to brands and media buyers. You’ll create pitch decks, get on calls with buyers, and build and manage proposals. As a part of our growth team, you’ll be directly responsible for a large part of RedCircle’s revenue operation.

Working with podcast creators on advertising deals. You’ll coordinate with podcasters to let them know about new opportunities, and you’ll manage the ad’s execution (distributing scripts, educating creators on the brand, managing payments, etc).

Ongoing account management. You’ll work with existing advertisers and podcasters on the RedCircle platform to ensure they’re getting the most of what we have to offer. You’ll gather their feedback, help inform them of new features and functionality, and make sure they have the best possible experience on the platform.
The Account Coordinator will be part of the company’s growth team, and report to the company’s co-founder and COO
A perfect candidate…

Has at least 1 year in a role with relevant experience (e.g. media buying, coordinating advertising, account management, etc).

Is proficient in G-Suite apps (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).

Is passionate about account management. We need someone who can help make sure every customer of the RedCircle platform loves working with us.

Has great written and verbal communication skills.

Gets jazzed about owning projects from end-to-end. We’re a small team, so you’ll be responsible for a lot and you’ll need to operate autonomously.

Works in SF, LA, or is willing to relocate.
