Salary range: $125,000 to $165,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience plus bonus, full benefits, and equity

Realm, an industry-leading studio and global podcast network, is seeking a Production Partnerships Lead. This role is responsible for outbound pitching of prospective partners, fielding inbound queries, and shaping the business, production, and strategy considerations behind each production. Once projects are secured, this role is responsible for coordinating with the Director of Production Operations and setting new shows up for success with handoffs to the Studio, Network, and Strategy/Audience Development teams.

The Production Partnerships Lead is a key executive within the organization, reporting to the CEO and residing within the executive leadership group. The ideal candidate is a seasoned podcast professional who has spearheaded key business partnerships and managed profitability of audio and video productions. We’re looking for a team player with great communication and interpersonal skills who can lead and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role ideally based in the NYC area.
