The Role: Client Manager
As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own portfolio of media agencies and select direct clients. You will drive sales within Podspace's podcast advertising network and marketplace - overseeing the entire process from outreach to post-campaign follow-up. In this role, you will work closely with the Country Manager in Finland, forming a tight-knit team focused on accelerating Podspace's growth and establishing a strong local presence in the Finnish market. You will also collaborate closely with our Nordic tech, campaign, and sales teams based in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and advertisers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, booking, coordinating invoicing, and campaign reporting. - Sell various podcast advertising formats - from dynamic ads to sponsorships and creative solutions.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to educate clients on podcast advertising and Podspace's offerings. - Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to shape go-to-market strategies and local partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on results.
- A well-established network within media agencies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the media industry, with at least 3 years in sales.

- Confident public speaker and persuasive presenter.
- Team player who prioritizes collective success and company growth.
- Genuinely passionate about media and podcasts, with a drive to make an impact.
