Fully remote: working with a Canada-based team at Podigy Podcasting.

Salary range: $25.00 to $40.00 (hourly rate) - subject to experience

Podigy Podcasting is in search of an Operations Manager with a passion for streamlining processes and an expert knowledge of the DAW Reaper.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Blueprinting: Design and implement robust systems to optimize our operations. Address bottlenecks and ensure our growth is supported.

Unified Client Resources: Create standardized resources that ensure consistency and excellence in every client interaction.

Seamless Onboarding: Design a comprehensive process for clients and team members, ensuring a smooth integration into our ecosystem.

Agency Growth Strategy: Play a pivotal role in our growth planning, ensuring we scale effectively without compromising quality.

Leadership & Strategy: Utilize your agency background to provide invaluable insights, helping us navigate our growth trajectory.

Qualifications:

Solid experience in an agency setting, leadership roles a plus.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Self-motivated, able to work remotely with a consistent output.

Proven track record in creating and optimizing operational systems.

An inherent problem-solving mindset.
