We’re looking for a Podcast Marketer & Paid Media Buyer to help grow podcast audiences through innovative marketing strategies, organic promotions, and paid media campaigns. If you’re passionate about podcasts, audience growth, and digital marketing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Podcast Growth & Marketing

- Conduct podcast audits, competitor research, and audience growth reports

- Develop and execute organic marketing campaigns to drive listener growth and engagement
- Identify and set up cross-promotion opportunities (feed swaps, promo swaps, etc.)
- Research and establish partnerships with influencers, brands, and media outlets
Paid Media & Ad Campaigns
- Manage and optimize a paid promotion budget to boost podcast reach
- Run A/B tests on paid ads to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Create and execute paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Track and analyze performance metrics to adjust ad strategies for better ROI
Operational & Team Support
- Keep marketing initiatives organized and up to date
- Track and analyze podcast growth metrics and marketing performance
- Maintain audience growth tools and platforms
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in podcast marketing, digital marketing, or paid media buying
- Strong understanding of organic and paid podcast growth strategies
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Creative thinker with excellent writing skills for marketing content and outreach
- Detail-oriented and proactive, able to work independently
- Passion for the podcasting industry and keeping up with trends
