Senior Sales Executive

Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at Pitaya Entertainment.
We're looking for a very specific hire at Pitaya.
We've built one of the leading Spanish-language podcast networks across audio, video, and social — working with top-tier Latino talent and major global brands. We're looking for a senior sales executive who can take our U.S. ad sales to the next level through high-impact, creator-led brand integrations.
This role is for someone who:
→ Has deep, active relationships with U.S. advertisers, agencies, and Hispanic media buyers → Has a proven track record selling YouTube, digital video, and creator-led integrations → Knows how to sell a talent-driven digital ecosystem — especially baked-in ads on YouTube and social media → Is culturally fluent in the U.S. Latino space — instinctively, not academically → Knows how to close at a high level and scale revenue quickly
This is not a volume sales role. This is for someone who knows how to build partnerships and shape branded content deals in a quickly evolving digital ecosystem.
