Salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience plus Health Insurance + Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and optimize workstreams for go-to-market strategies for original content, sales partnerships, creator initiatives, and new business opportunities across multiple platforms, ensuring a best-in-class experience for our partners and stakeholders.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders across multiple teams. They have a strong track record of driving cross-team collaboration and delivering high-quality results on time. The Project Manager will report directly to the Founder of the company and play a key role in coordinating with creators, external partners, and internal teams to ensure initiatives meet PAVE's high standards and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, development, and launch of original and tentpole content projects, ensuring alignment across teams such as Content, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Legal.
- Manage key external partnerships, collaborating with sales teams and third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, Apple) to optimize workstreams and build strong relationships.
- Coordinate the execution and workflow of new business lines, such as live events, touring, merchandise, and book publishing, while maintaining rigorous project timelines.
- Lead cross-functional work streams and select meetings to track progress, address challenges, and adjust project plans as needed. Build workstreams to ensure connectivity between organizations.
- Manage the process of onboarding of creators, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with all necessary requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement best practices to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a similar role in the media, entertainment, or content production industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects across multiple teams and departments.
- Comfortable in a startup environment.
- Strong understanding of content production and go-to-market strategies across video, audio, live events, merchandise, and publishing.
- Excellent organizational skills, proactive and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
- Experience in contract management and understanding of legal agreements in the content space is a plus.
- Proficient in deck building, g-suite, canva and excel.
- A deep understanding of finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in the media or entertainment industry, particularly with content-focused roles.
- Experience working with creators, talent management, or IP development.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovative content strategies.
