Overview: PAVE Studios is seeking a Podcast Marketing Manager who is creative, strategic, and highly organized to spearhead the marketing efforts for our podcasts. In this role, you will drive audience engagement, fuel fandom, and build strong communities around our brands, creators and podcasts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and top creators to develop and execute marketing strategies that accelerate growth and solidify PAVE Studios as a leader in the media industry. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter that excels at managing multiple priorities. Marketing experience and a passion for podcasts is essential.

Essential Functions:
- Strategic Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across podcasts and live events, focusing on genres such as true crime, wellness and romance. This includes rollout plans for all new show launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive audience growth and increase brand awareness.
- Performance Marketing, Platform Partnerships & Promotions
- Actively build and maintain relationships with podcast platforms such to secure editorial placements and promotional opportunities.
- A deep understanding of podcast performance marketing strategies and tactics.
- A deep understanding around feed drops, podcast swaps and podcast paid advertising
- Support the expansion of our paid subscription strategies.
- Work with the Brand team to create design assets such as banners for podcast platform features and newsletters.
- Review scripts for cross-promotion spots, coordinating with production partners and podcast hosts for timely delivery.
Performance Analysis & Insights
- Compile comprehensive pre-launch and post-campaign reports to assess marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Closely monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to keep PAVE Studios at the forefront of the media industry.
Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing strategies.
- Strong writing and copywriting skills with experience writing for different audiences and platforms.
- Proficient in deck building
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to inform and improve marketing strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.
- Passion for podcasts, content marketing, and audience engagement.
- Podcast experience is preferred
Physical and Mental Demands:
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a safe and prudent manner.
- Ability to work and communicate well with other employees, management, individuals well-known to the public, creators, and studios.
- Ability to perform work utilizing manual dexterity of the hands.
- Ability to reach above and below shoulders, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, climb, kneel, push and/or pull, and twist.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in the Los Angeles PAVE Studios office environment on a full-time basis, with some night and weekend work, as required.
- Ability to effectively manage and process challenging and sensitive subjects, including difficult and dark topics.
- Correctable vision and hearing.
