A full time Production Coordinator position at Origin Studios, Las Vegas NV, USA
Salary range: $55,000 to $75,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience
Join a growing Las Vegas production studio where you’ll have real ownership, real influence, and the opportunity to help shape how the operation runs.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both people and production. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with clients, keep productions running smoothly, and step into the studio yourself when needed. You’ll have the freedom to make day-to-day decisions, solve problems, improve workflows, and help create a better experience for both clients and staff.
The environment is fast-moving and varied. One day you might be helping troubleshoot a livestream, another day coaching a team member, improving a production process, reviewing studio performance, or helping a client get more value from their content.
We’re looking for someone who wants more than a job where they simply follow procedures. This is an opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for a real business, see the direct results of your decisions, and help build systems that make the company stronger over time.
You’ll work closely with ownership, but the goal is for you to truly own normal day-to-day operations. You’ll have support, training, and access to the tools you need, while also having room to bring your own ideas, leadership style, and experience to the role.
