Salary range: £30,000 to £32,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Message Heard Production Coordinator
Message Heard is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing Production team. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills and feels confident working in a busy production environment. This is an amazing opportunity for a detail oriented and ambitious individual to gain experience across multiple projects at an award winning company.
What should you bring to the role?
- 3-5 years+ in project management
- 2+ years experience in production (audio preferred, video an asset)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player mentality and ability to work collaboratively across other departments in the business to deliver on your goals
- Ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Positive attitude with solution led responses to problems
- Experience in working with Google Workspace, ClickUp and Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
What you’ll be doing for Message Heard:
- Working closely with producers to ensure that podcasts and related deliverables are signed-off and being delivered on time, on budget, while maintaining our professional standard
- Creating and maintaining podcast delivery schedules
- Purchasing and coordinating logistics for equipment
- Being a consistent point of contact for clients and producers
- Ensuring production status is kept up to date within MH content management systems (i.e.ClickUp)
- Proactively identifying improvements for our processes and opportunities for continued business with our clients
- Reporting to Message Heard’s Head of Production, as well as working closely with your Production Coordinator counterpart and Message Heard Account Managers
Message Heard contract details:
- Initial 6 month contract
- Earnings of between £30-32k dependant on experience (on a pro rata 6 month basis)
