The Producer is a key member of the production team at JamPot Productions, responsible for end-to-end podcast delivery across one of our interview format shows. This role (which is a 6 month contract position) involves developing editorial ideas, managing recordings, overseeing post-production, and ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the show’s voice and audience. The Producer works collaboratively with the Head of Content, Senior Producer, Assistant Producers, Social and Video teams, presenters and clients to shape engaging and original content.
