Higher Ground is seeking an experienced AV Engineer to help with multiple podcasts. The AV Engineer will work closely with the Senior AV Engineer on daily engineering duties across multiple shows, studio maintenance, audio and video editing, music and sound design, and general operational tasks for the production department.

The ideal candidate has strong audio and video engineering skills, experience working with talent, and an eagerness to tackle creative and production challenges with attention to detail.
