Role Overview:
Higher Ground is seeking a Ad Ops Coordinator to support the successful execution of podcast ad campaigns across Higher Ground's network. This includes keeping campaigns on schedule, coordinating with external production teams, managing creative assets, and supporting the Managing Producer in troubleshooting any ad delivery challenges.
This position is well suited for an organized, strong communicator with at least two years of professional experience in podcasting or digital media. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of content and show production workflows, along with familiarity with internal systems. It’s a great opportunity for someone early in their career in media, advertising, or partnerships who is eager to deepen their understanding of podcast operations and monetization.
