Podcasts Account Manager
A full time position at Global, London, UK
The DAX Supply Team is responsible for the end-to-end account management of each of the partners in the Digital Ad Exchange (DAX). This role requires someone who is passionate, resilient, agile and can shine in a high performance-based business!
Through active engagement and a consultative approach, you will drive value to your accounts within the Global Creator Network (Global’s portfolio of owned & operated and third-party podcasts) through analysis of performance tracking, updating processes, campaign management and excellent customer service. You will be knowledgeable and passionate about podcasts, knowing who the key players are and the current industry trends. A background in digital advertising would be preferable.
You will collaborate with a cross-functional team in Sales, Tech Development and Ad Operations to drive value for your accounts and must be adept at achieving multiple objectives while dealing with multiple partners.

Responsibilities of the role

Day-to-day responsibility for keeping process and documentation across podcast portfolio up to date.

Manage and develop key client accounts through the full life cycle of the account: presales support, on-boarding, on-going account management, monthly/quarterly business reviews, etc.

Responsible for keeping contract filing systems up to date.

Day-to-day management of brand approvals with podcast hosts and partnerships team.

Maintain active dialogue with clients through regular meetings.

Support the wider team with administrative tasks.
