VIDEO EDITOR (MOGULS OF MEDIA)

Salary range: $35,000 to $45,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience
POSITION OVERVIEW: Dynamic video editor needed for MOM, a leading queer and drag media network within Forever Dog Productions. This part-time role (20 hours/week) collaborates directly with drag talent and producers to create cutting-edge content for YouTube and social platforms. You'll work under veteran producers and editors while helping shape the future of LGBTQ+ entertainment.
COMPENSATION:
- $40,000/year (20 hours/week)
- Flexible remote/hybrid work arrangement
- Los Angeles-based preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Edit and post-produce video podcasts and social media content
- Create innovative visual solutions to enhance show quality
- Collaborate with talent and producers on content development
- Manage multiple project timelines and deliverables
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years professional video editing experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Experience with professional editing software
IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Deep understanding of drag culture and LGBTQ+ media
- YouTube editing and optimization experience preferred
- Knowledge of current social media trends and formats
- Background in podcast or digital media production
