Video Podcast Editor (Freelance to Full-Time)

The Role
We seek a video editor & visual designer who can take raw online recordings and transform them into broadcast-quality video with a suite of viral-ready social assets.
Your Toolkit Should Include:
- Long-Form Excellence: Crafting professional, multi-cam edits including intros/outros, lower thirds and strategic B-roll. We value human editor pacing over AI auto-switching.
- Short-Form Strategy: Finding the viral moments in a 40-minute episode and turning it into high-engagement TikToks, Reels, and Shorts with dynamic captions.
- Audio Polish: Ensuring videos sounds as good as they look with EQ, compression, and levelling.
- Design: Using Canva to own the visual brand using templates for social quote cards, carousels, and thumbnails.
This role is focused on video and graphics as research, recordings, audio editing and Show Notes are handled by our team.
