Salary range: $60,000 to $110,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience plus 401(k) and Stock options if Qualified

Our mission is to empower millions through expert interviews, podcasts, online summits, and digital content.
We’re seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Podcast Production Manager to lead our podcast production agency team. You’ll oversee multiple shows and a team of producers/editors, scale operations, and ensure every episode is professional, impactful, and on-brand.
🎧 Responsibilities
Lead and mentor producers, editors, and coordinators across multiple shows
Own end-to-end production workflow (planning → recording → QC → publishing)
Maintain quality, branding consistency, and on-time release across all podcasts
Partner with hosts, physicians, and guests to shape high-impact content
Collaborate with marketing to grow audiences across YouTube/Spotify/Apple
Implement & optimize SOPs, tools, and pipelines for scale and efficiency
Manage hosting/distribution platforms and publishing (RSS, metadata, artwork)
Track performance metrics and report actionable insights to leadership
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve team velocity
✅ Qualifications
4+ years podcast production experience (including video podcasts)
2+ years team leadership/management in media, podcasting, or agency settings
Strong project management; comfortable juggling multiple concurrent shows
Proven ability to mentor talent and scale processes/SOPs
Proficient with hosting/distribution (Libsyn, Podbean, Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcast Connect, Megaphone, etc.)
Working knowledge of YouTube publishing and podcast growth best practices
Exceptional communication and deadline discipline
Health/wellness or personal development experience is a plus
