Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive & Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both her professional and personal endeavors. This role requires a confident multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and handles sensitive information with the utmost discretion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, socially skilled, and excited to play a key role in expanding the CEO’s media presence, podcast growth, consulting projects, and overall life balance.
