Digital Freedom Productions is the go-to podcast production company for coaches—life coaches, business coaches, mindset coaches, health coaches, and more—who want to use podcasting to grow their business. We strategically help our clients focus on their message by handling everything behind the scenes—from episode production to strategic support.
We’re hiring an Account Manager to oversee production for weekly episodes and contribute to podcast growth strategies—ensuring everything is smooth, on-brand, and built for growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Your goal is to ensure every episode is published accurately, on time, and on-brand—while delivering a seamless, strategic experience for the client.
This isn’t JUST a project management role. You’ll also play a key part in helping clients grow their shows by offering insight-driven strategies, tracking what’s working, and contributing to conversations about how we can improve each podcast’s performance and reach.
You will:
- Manage podcast production from start to finish using tools like ClickUp, Descript, and Canva (no audio editing required but experience with this is a plus!)
- Create episode-specific components like artwork, newsletter copy, social media graphics, and audiograms
- Communicate with clients via Slack and email
- Proofread transcripts and show notes
- Offer strategic input on how to grow each client’s podcast, track performance, and collaborate on improvements
- Keep everything on track and on time

- You have experience with podcasting, content management, or client-facing digital roles.
- We work primarily during U.S. business hours, so some availability for team calls and client communication during those hours is essential.
- You have fast, reliable internet.
