PRODUCTION COORDINATOR, TERRA FIRMA PRODUCTIONS General Description: Content Capital is hiring for a Coordinating Producer to support the Terra Firma production team. This role will support day-to-day production processes across multiple podcast productions and work with show teams to ensure productions are properly resourced and remain on schedule. It is the perfect role for the media professional who gravitates toward spreadsheets, scheduling, and organization.You will be vital to the production team, providing logistical, production, and administrative support. This will include managing external venders, overseeing production schedules and maintaining deadlines, enforcing production best practices, shepherding assets through the production process, and maintaining various documents, trackers, and production tools. Strong organizational and communication skills are absolutely essential for this role. This is an opportunity to help build and maintain infrastructure and organization for our growing slate of shows. We develop premium content and this role is key to building the foundation under each show.

Salaried, full-time position. Performs project management under the Director of the audio division in conjunction with Content Capital. Responsibilities may include coordinating the completion of projects within a set budget, managing freelancers, setting budgets, preparing reports, and directing workflow. Requires strong computer and internet research skills as well as attention to detail and ability to balance ever changing tasks. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a maximum level of confidentiality, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside agencies, vendors, high impact clients, and freelancers. Some travel required.
