Operations & Account Manager
A full time position
Fully remote: working with a UK-based team at Content 10x.
Salary range: £30,000 to £40,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience
Content 10x is a creative agency specializing in content repurposing. We work with businesses from around the world, repurposing their unique online content into different formats to help them reach new audiences and grow. We’re an innovative agency with a great culture and a supportive CEO.
We currently have a vacancy for an Operations & Account Manager. In this role, you’ll help us continue to deliver a world-class service to our clients, and meet our ambitious plans to scale up and grow over the next few years. The role is full-time and remote. Our notional HQ is Manchester, UK, but our team are spread across multiple locations. We work remotely using Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp to collaborate and occasionally have in-person meet-ups.
To be considered for the role you’ll need to be based in the UK, ideally in the North-West.
About the job
Reporting directly into the CEO and founder, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of our service to our clients. This is a multi-faceted position that is ideally suited to a methodical, process-driven and hard-working individual, with excellent communication skills.
You should be a proactive leader who thrives as part of a small tight-knit team. You’ll be highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude and an energetic personality. This is a senior role, but requires a ‘hands on’ approach. Very strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also key.
The role involves client liaison, leading the content publishing team (2 people), and working closely with the creative and writing teams to ensure quality outputs at all times. You’ll also have responsibility for maintaining our systems, processes and reporting.
In addition to client work you will oversee the publishing and distribution of our own content (podcast, blog, case studies, social media content, etc.) – supported by your team and working alongside the writing and creative teams. To excel in the role you’ll also need to have a keen interest in and understanding of content marketing and social media, particularly for small businesses and brands. You also need to genuinely care (some may say pedantic!) about delivering a very high-quality service and client experience. We are a hard-working, fun, lively team who are genuinely passionate about our jobs! The Operations & Account Manager is a crucial member of the team and will aid our ongoing growth and success. - Reporting – responsible for operations management reporting. Presenting reports to the CEO and also the wider team at our monthly ‘deep dive’ review meetings
- Documenting and reviewing our systems and processes. All of our internal and client delivery processes need to be documented and have up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Management of 2 direct reports – provide direction, coaching and feedback, whilst also adhering to our formal performance development processes
