Content Writer
A full time Writer position
Fully remote: working with a UK-based team at Content 10x.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Writer to join the Content 10x team. The role is full-time and remote (part-time will be considered).
Our notional HQ is Manchester, UK, but our team are spread across multiple locations, we all work remotely using Zoom, Slack, and ClickUp to collaborate, and we have in-person meet-ups occasionally. We’re an innovative, fast-growing agency, offering an exciting opportunity for the right person. Candidates MUST be based in the UK.
Every day you will be working with a diverse mix of blogs, podcasts, videos and other digital and social media content. Our service is delivered by a virtual team of specialists – writers, designers, video editors, audio editors, content co-ordinators…etc.
As a Content Writer you would be responsible for writing high quality content to tight deadlines. Content will be both long- and short-form across various media – blog posts, emails, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, X…etc.
A key aspect of the role involves listening to our client’s podcast episodes or watching videos, then developing a content plan – sharing edit notes with our creative team, picking out the best bits for social media, and creating written content based on their original piece of content. This may involve writing a blog post based on a podcast episode, drawing up social media copy for a video, or writing a storyboard for an infographic or image carousel…and lots more interesting things!
You will also be responsible for liaising and collaborating with our creative and content management teams. This will include developing content plans, helping to formulate and bring to life strategies, and assisting with the publishing of content.
The job requires exceptional ability to adjust style and tone - you will be working with a wide range of clients from around the globe. You will be incorporating SEO best-practice into written content where appropriate and utilising AI to improve processes and enable creativity.
