Salary: $30.00 (hourly rate)

CitizenRacecar is an industry-leading company that produces emotionally engaging audio media for forward-looking companies, non-profit organizations, and government agencies all around the country, as well as operating our unique education program, Afterschool Podcasting, which dispatches professional audio storytellers to out-of-school-time classrooms and summer camps to teach children how to create their own podcast series.

We are seeking a part-time Business Development Coordinator to assist our Founder & Principal with identifying and closing new clients. This a fully remote position, with a starting wage of $30/hour, estimated 10-20 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be hyper-organized and obsessively efficient, experienced with spreadsheets and databases, and have the confidence to find, propose, and execute operational improvements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Organize and manage our database of sales prospects and networking partners, using HubSpot

Coordinating prospect outreach, making sure tasks get accomplished and balls don’t get dropped

Manage our company registration with the US government, NGOs and large nonprofit organizations, and state and local governments around the country, making sure we receive requests for proposal for services we are a good fit to deliver

Help conceive and develop new ways to find potential customers
