Salary range: $45.00 to $80.00 (hourly rate) - subject to experience
We're building a database of talented audio engineers for future podcast production opportunities, and we'd love to hear from you! We work primarily in the podcast space, with a focus on chat-based shows so experience recording, editing, and mixing dialogue-driven content is key. You should be comfortable with the full audio production workflow, from assembling and sound design through to final mastering and delivery. A solid ear for clarity, noise reduction, and dynamic balance across multiple speakers is essential. Experience with video production is a bonus, but it's not a requirement — audio is where the heart of our work lives.
