Salary range: $70.00 to $100.00 (hourly rate) - subject to experience

Podcast Host - System Confessions (Freelance, Male, Remote)

Job type: Freelance / Independent contractor

Pay: $70 to $100 per show (US), depending on experience

Location: Fully remote (US based preferred)

Language: Native English

Schedule: 2 to 4 shows per month, US day/evening, flexible and coordinated in advance

About the Show

System Confessions is a 45-60 min weekly, YouTube-first podcast featuring raw founder stories and operational transformation. Raw means the founder shares both the failure and the success, without hiding anything.

What You'll Do

Research each guest and their company before the call (background, industry, recent news, business model) Arrange a schedule with the guest that works for both of you Prepare guest-specific talking points and a question flow tied to the topics above Host and run the live conversation on Riverside (we send the invite link and guest details ahead of time) Keep the conversation natural, on pace, and on topic Hand off the raw recording when done. No editing required, our production team handles post

What We're Looking For

Prior experience hosting or interviewing on a podcast (send 2 to 3 sample links with your application) Knowledge on technology, business and similar topics Strong verbal communicator, comfortable leading a conversation with someone you just met Reliable and prepared, shows up with research done in advance Comfortable with Riverside, or willing to learn it quickly (we'll walk you through setup) Willing to commit for a long term period
