Freelance YouTube Channel Manager & Growth Strategist
We're looking for an experienced YouTube Channel Manager to help manage and grow YouTube channels for our clients.
We're looking for someone who specializes in audience growth, channel strategy, and performance marketing.
Responsibilities -Develop and execute YouTube growth strategies -Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and video packaging -Improve CTR, audience retention, and watch time -Manage and optimize YouTube Ads campaigns -Analyze YouTube Analytics and provide actionable recommendations -Plan publishing schedules and content strategy -Grow subscribers, views, and overall channel performance
Requirements -Proven experience growing YouTube channels -Experience managing YouTube Ads campaigns -Strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm and analytics -Experience with audience development, retention optimization, and channel strategy -Excellent communication skills
