Senior Podcast Producer

Help shape the future of iHeart Podcasts. You'll work on multiple shows, producing audio, video and social content that connects with audiences. This is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced, creative environment with a team that values innovation and collaboration. This is a 12-month fixed-term role.
About the Role:
- Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality podcast content across audio and video ensuring editorial integrity and technical excellence.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows including scripting, recording, editing, publishing and social amplification.
- Coordinate guest bookings and talent management.
- Create social media assets and collaborate on promotional strategies to grow audience engagement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, brand, and industry standards.
About You:
- Exceptional editorial judgment and storytelling ability, with strong editorial, audio and video production skills.
- Experience in social media content creation and audience engagement.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for podcasts.
