Podcast Acquisition Manager
A full time position
Fully remote: working with a UK-based team at Auddy.
About the job Auddy Limited (https://auddy.co) is one of the UK’s fastest growing consumer and enterprise podcast publishing companies - commissioning, producing, distributing and marketing shows in the UK and, through 2021 and beyond, in numerous other major podcast markets around the world. We seek out high quality content with broad and sustained appeal to large audiences. We publish and host content for third parties.
Our shows are thoughtful and engaging, of the highest quality and with strong production values across sound design, original music composition and the “touch and feel” which has become part of the Auddy identity. We are storytellers and turn what we see into entertainment or insight that can be spread. To our creators, we offer funding, marketing, promotions, distribution and a global reach. We pay significant royalties to our creators (in fact, they make more than we do) - and our relationship is that of a partnership.
Founded and led by senior global executives including individuals from Netflix, Universal, EMI, Virgin, Fremantle, ViacomCBS, Motion Picture Association and Condé Nast, our initial team of 25 is now ready for significant growth. Based in London (with US and other international operations), Auddy is now moving into a further phase and we are building a sales and marketing arm to acquire podcasts to represent. We are looking for a Podcast Acquisition Manager to join our team in the UK / working remotely.
