About the Role
Take charge of audio quality for high-profile video podcasts, focusing on final mixing to deliver a crisp, professional sound for every project. You’ll be handling around 2-3 podcasts weekly (typically 1-hour each), ensuring each episode meets top audio standards and resonates well with listeners.
- Audio Quality Mastery: As the audio expert, you’ll have full autonomy in refining each podcast’s sound. You’ll handle de-reverbing, noise removal, audio balancing, and transitions, giving each episode a consistent, polished quality.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely within our small, creative team to meet our high standards for audio quality—no client communication required.
- Growth Feedback Loop: Use listener feedback to refine each podcast’s audio, contributing insights on optimal methods for improvement and growth.

About You
- You’re a self-driven, detail-oriented audio engineer with a keen ear for quality and precision.
- You thrive on ownership and love making complex audio sound seamless and immersive.
- With a solid grasp of English, you’re clear in communication, contributing to our collaborative team environment.
Key Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Audio Expertise in Final Mixing: Your portfolio demonstrates high-quality podcast audio, with experience in final mixing, noise reduction, and dynamic balancing.
- Autonomous and Efficient: You’re organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple podcast projects simultaneously.
- Flexible and Open to Feedback: With each project, you welcome feedback to optimize audio quality and meet listener expectations.
- Strong Portfolio Required: Showcase your experience with podcast or video podcast audio, demonstrating a strong grasp of quality standards.
