About the Role:
- Produce high‑quality podcast content across audio, video and social platforms, supporting the growth and engagement of iHeart’s original podcast slate.
- Deliver end‑to‑end podcast production, including research, briefing, scripting/show notes, in‑studio or remote producing, editing, publishing and social amplification.
- Work across multiple podcasts simultaneously, managing priorities, schedules and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Coordinate talent and guest bookings, ensuring smooth production workflows and strong on‑air outcomes.
- Create social and amplification assets and collaborate with internal teams on promotional strategies to maximise reach and engagement.
- Monitor audience engagement and performance, adapting content approaches to support audience growth.
- Ensure editorial integrity and compliance with legal, code and company standards across all content.
About You:
- Proven experience in podcast production, with hands‑on capability across recording, editing, publishing and multi‑platform distribution.
- Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills, with the ability to shape engaging episodes aligned to show formats.
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines at once.
- Confident communicator who works effectively with talent, guests and production teams.
