Creative Operations Manager
A full time Production Coordinator position
Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at Agua Media.
Salary range: $60,000 to $85,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience plus Health Insurance & 10% Bonus
Agua Media produces podcasts for the U.S. Latino+™ community by offering a wider-angle view to conversations, storytelling and interviews through the lens of New Mainstream Latinas and Latinos. From current events to true crime, horror, lifestyle and humor; Agua also provides a much-needed platform for both podcast listeners and podcast creators who make up the New American Mainstream.
This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer of Agua Media.
What you will take on:
- Manage the entire production process in correspondence with the content, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Coordinate marketing and content deliverables for show launch in the form of artwork, music, partners, & vendors.
- Liaise between the marketing and content teams on the delivery of the production life cycle for each show, optimizing throughput, and identifying and solutioning bottlenecks
- Support the acquisition process in data capturing of content creators’ info for production deal review and valuation modeling
- Perform operational analysis and modeling techniques to estimate department ROIs
- Develop and optimize social strategy and content calendar of Agua Media’s brand and develop digital analytics platform to assess ROI
- Roll-out project management tool to integrate department heads across several core processes, including sales pipeline, content production map, and deal flow process.
- Identify strategic partnerships and act as Agua Media SME for content creators, artists, production staff, and clients
- Facilitate client ad reads for content creators and production team, ensuring inventory delivery and matchmaking across shows
- Facilitate hiring process and recruitment of production staff
The Ideal Candidate Is/Has:
- 5+ years’ experience in operations or customer success roles
- Operations execution and client communication and presentation skills are a must
- Advanced MS Office: Excel modeling & analysis & Powerpoint creation are highly valuable skills to this role
- Has excellent writing and communication skills
- Has a penchant for detail, fact checking, good grammar syntax and spelling
- Deadline conscious with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Tech savvy and proficient in project management software, G Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS, Word
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
