Sales Operations Coordinator, Podcasting - entry level

Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at AdLarge.
Salary range: $50,000 to $52,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience

What you’ll do
As a sales operations coordinator, you’ll support content creators, ad operations and the ad sales team to ensure AdLarge’s success as a leader in the ad driven podcast space. The skill set you will develop leans heavily on data, systems, and workflows which may already be established or you will collaborate with the team to establish. This is an entry level role and a great opportunity for someone who wants to understand media sales and be on the forefront of this fast growing podcast industry. You’ll also get to work with some really brilliant podcast and social media creators!
On a day to day basis you will Coordinate onboarding new content creators with an established workflow Work directly with creators and ad ops team cross-functionally on advertising opportunities Collect and manage creator data Research and update sales materials and resources

What you bring Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media, or related field or equivalent experience Strong interest in podcasting and pop culture Strong attention to detail at scale Ability to learn systems quickly A customer service focused mindset Excellent Google sheets/Excel skills Ability to project professionalism in written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Drive to take initiative and to follow up on projects Ability to adapt to an fast moving environment The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment where objectivity and logic frameworks are the key methodology for problem-solving
Location AdLarge is a 100% remote company with many employees based in the NYC metro area Our non-East Coast employees work East Coast hours but this is flexible There may be occasions when in-person work in NYC/travel is required
