A full time position at Acast, London England, UK

We are looking for an experienced and energetic marketing director with strong experience of managing global teams and campaigns to join our global marketing team, based in London.

Working into the VP of brand, and being closely aligned with the global PR director, you will help set and oversee the implementation of the global strategy for marketing for Acast - across our brand, products, podcasts and advertiser business, reaching both a corporate and a consumer audience.

You will help manage the growing global marketing team and ensure best practice across all marketing activities and each of our markets. You’ll have a strong understanding of different market nuances across the globe, and the strategies needed to successfully grow all areas of our business at local levels. You’ll work closely with the global PR director to ensure that PR and comms work hand in hand with our marketing activity. You’ll also liaise closely with our growth marketing function to ensure all areas of our marketing are fully integrated.

Your goal is to cement Acast as the home of the world’s best podcasts, and help attract new podcasters, listeners and advertisers whilst retaining loyal existing ones. You will be skilled in thinking creatively around especially partnerships, paid and owned campaigns, sponsorships and events. You’ll be a leader with excellent management skills, who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, and you’ll love podcasts!
