We are looking for an organised, reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Ad Ops Executive to join the London Acast Ad-Ops team, Based in our office in Old Street. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving media environment and can organise & multi-task brilliantly. This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the most exciting start-ups out of Stockholm since Spotify.

You will ensure that Ad Sales operations run smoothly, and implement all ad campaigns across various platforms (online, mobile, and devices). This includes, but is not limited to: ad trafficking, QA, and providing campaign reports and analysis to support the Account Management team. As this role is apart of a global team, the role may require you to support other Acast markets when necessary. You will report to the Head of Ad Operations.

Key areas you will be responsible for:

Providing Account Managers (AM) with forecasts for campaign proposals Assist in analysis for inventory and yield management for the region Validating and keeping track of IOs for commercial campaigns Actualising campaign orders in our systems Troubleshoot any ad creative issues which impact tracking, implementation or reporting Campaign optimisation, and communicating relevant metrics Evaluating the campaign results Produce scheduled and ad-hoc inventory and performance-based reporting Assist develop existing processes/structures Working alongside the wider traffic team (within the US and international) to realise operation strategies.

Skills you will have:

Experience working with Salesforce or Netsuite Commercial ad-traffic experience (Adswizz, DFP, or similar) Digital experience and worked with tracking tags previously Competent with Excel and spreadsheet building/formatting Competent with Maths French or German language skills a bonus
