A full time position
Fully remote: working with a UK-based team at 7xContent.
We're looking for a top-tier producer to join our incredible chart-topping team!
Who are we?
7xContent is a fast-growing podcast production & growth agency...
We’re creators at heart. We’re experts at engineering podcast growth. We work with ambitious clients and are highly selective. We value quality, ownership, and momentum. We’re a team of ~15 people who do things differently.
Our goal: great work, great people, great times.
We’re looking for a Podcast Producer to lead production, shape show strategy, and bring out the best in our editors. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves video podcasts and understands how editorial, production, and packaging work together to make a show grow. You’ll take ownership of the process, working closely with hosts, clients, and our creative team to make every episode better.
We work with:
- The High Performance Podcast (leading personal development podcast)
- Ramit Sethi - Money for Couples (leading personal finance creator)
- Man Alive with Dr Jeff Foster (leading male health podcast)
- Multiple leading brand and creator podcasts we can’t talk about
You’ll be crafting shows that are seen by hundreds of thousands - and often millions - of people. This is not a passive role. We want someone hungry to push the podcast video medium forward and make the show better every single week.
In a Typical Week, You Will:
- Shape show strategy with clients and hosts, developing ideas, formats, and editorial direction that serve the audience and support growth
- Research topics and guests, creating clear episode briefs, thoughtful questions, and compelling angles
- Work closely with hosts and clients to prepare for recordings and draw out the strongest conversations
- Lead production from briefing through to publication, keeping the team, deadlines, and deliverables on track
- Brief and manage video editors, giving clear creative direction on full-length episodes, trailers, and short-form clips
- Shape episode narrative and pacing, providing specific, constructive feedback that makes each edit stronger
- Identify standout moments and develop hooks for trailers and clips that feel native to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Own episode packaging, including YouTube titles, thumbnail direction, and how each episode is positioned for its audience
- Review deliverables before publication, maintaining consistently high standards across storytelling, visual quality, colour grading, and subtitling
- Attend occasional in-person podcast shoots and meetings in London
- Track episode and clip performance, using audience feedback and data to refine strategy and improve week-on-week
The Ideal Candidate
We’re open to candidates from different backgrounds. Whether you have experience producing video podcasts, leading YouTube content, or developing and running your own show - we want to hear from you. What matters most is your editorial judgement, creative ambition, and ability to lead a production from idea to finished episode.

Someone who...

- Is obsessed with great video content - you watch widely, think critically, and notice what makes people click, keep watching, and share

- Has strong research and storytelling instincts, with the ability to find fresh angles and ask revealing questions
- Understands hooks, narrative structure, pacing, and the techniques that capture and retain attention
- Understands how titles, thumbnails, and episode positioning work together - and can deliver on the promise they make
- Can brief editors clearly, manage their workflow, and give feedback that raises the quality of the work
- Has a working understanding of video production and can confidently assess the quality of an edit
- Is highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple episodes and deadlines with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Is a clear and proactive communicator, comfortable working with hosts, clients, editors, and the wider team
- Takes ownership, solves problems, and keeps production moving
