- Feb 2: Open podcast hosting software Castopod is now (much) easier to install, with a new, one-line, installation script. It installs all dependencies, updates your system, creates databases and sets everything up; it's tested on the latest versions of Ubuntu, Debian or Fedora.
- Dec 31, 2024: Castopod, an open-source, self-hosted podcast serving platform, has published its first twelve plugins, which customise and enhance the platform.
