About Audio Always
Audio Always is an independent production company developing and producing podcasts, radio programmes and audiobooks. We deliver more than 500 hours of audio content each month across a range of genres for listeners worldwide.
Our work includes the weekly podcasts ‘Help I Sexted My Boss’, ‘The Girls Bathroom’, ‘Get A Grip’ and ‘UK True Crime’. We also deliver factual series, with our recent releases ‘Answers For Claudia’, ‘The Pitcairn Trials’ and ‘Carrie Jade Does Not Exist’ all reaching number one in the Apple Podcasts chart.
We also produce daily, weekly and ad hoc radio programmes including Craig Charles for BBC Radio 6 Music, Paddy McGuiness and OJ Borg for BBC Radio 2, Life Hacks for BBC Radio 1 and Selector Radio for The British Council.
Launched in 2012, Audio Always is proudly headquartered at Media City, Manchester with studios in Farringdon, London.

- Mar 11: In a major change in the UK, the Elis James and John Robins show will be the first podcast that is commercially available under a new BBC Audio Release policy. The new commercial opportunities include the back catalogue of the popular show, which won Best Comedy Show in the British Podcast Awards last October. It’s made by Significant Productions, and will be monetised by Audio Always.
- Feb 27: The UK podcast festival Crossed Wires has announced a new wave of hit podcasts for the event. New shows include JaackMaate, and a true crime takeover from Audio Always.
- Nov 12, 2025: Ross Tilley has started as Podcast Community Manager at Audio Always in Manchester, UK. He joins from a radio career at Bauer Media.
- Oct 2, 2025: Manchester-based Audio Always has added four new podcasts to its slate; moved offices to MediaCity UK; announced a new leadership team; and launched three new visual studios for podcasting and audiobooks.
- Jun 16, 2025: The British Podcast Awards 2025’s Listeners’ Choice Award is now open for public voting. Last year’s winner was Help I Sexted My Boss from Audio Always.
