Audience Growth and Marketing Lead, Podcasts
A full time position
Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at Disgraceland Productions.
Disgraceland Productions—an independently-owned company that produces Disgraceland, the world’s most popular music podcast, as well as new shows launching in 2021—is looking for an experienced growth marketing rock star who will create and execute an audience growth plan, building on our playbook for creating and growing exceptional podcasts. In this newly-created role, you’ll own channel strategy, budget, campaign planning and execution—working cross-functionally, internally, and with our external partners—to achieve steady, week over week growth and ROI goals.
The ideal candidate has a strong entrepreneurial mentality, loves to problem-solve, and is comfortable working on their own—managing both big picture strategy and micro execution in a start-up environment. You should have 3+ years of experience and be familiar with marketing tactics including paid digital advertising, social media, and SEM, as well as organic brand building.
You’ll be joining a small but growing team that is responsible for the continued growth of the most popular music podcast in the world—now an Amazon Music exclusive— as well as new show launches in 2021. You will be measured on your performance relative to the continued growth of our audience around an already established brand with a passionate listenership.
