Steve Bannon’s exit, announced just after 1.00pm ET Friday, has meant a number of “emergency podcasts” from publishers.
FiveThirtyEight normally produces a podcast on Monday evenings, but rushed to produce an additional podcast on Friday 4.02pm Eastern.
The New York Times released an additional episode of The Daily at 7.12pm Eastern.
Of course, broadcasters also had released a number of news podcasts; but notable that scheduled podcasts had also produced additional output. Also, worthwhile - if the timestamps in the RSS are correct - spotting the comparative delay for the NYT.
