Podtrac has published its US top 20 podcasts for October. Serial is still #1; The Daily and This American Life round up the top 3.

There's a new CEO at Nielsen, the US media measurement company: David Kenny takes over on December 3rd. Nielsen measure radio and TV consumption, but don't, currently, measure podcasting in the same way.
